Our Tick & Mosquito products are liquid-based and applied using a backpack mister. The fine mist provides excellent coverage and is able to penetrate into deep foliage where Ticks & Mosquitoes often reside. Additionally, we add a tackifier to our mix to ensure on-target application and enhanced residual even after post-treatment rainfall, ensuring your application does not wash away.

Areas treated for Ticks & Mosquitos are safe to re-enter once the product has dried. On warm, sunny days, this will only take as little as 30 minutes to one hour. If you are unsure if the product has dried, the best test is to pour water on pavement or stone. Once it is dry, the treated areas should be dry as well.

Gnats and/or black flies are not the target pest for this service, so while you will see some immediate control due to the method of our application and the products we use, we cannot guarantee against them. These flying insects have faster, more continual breeding cycles and fly substantially farther than mosquitoes, making them more likely to return sooner post-treatment than the target pests.

For the most part, ants don’t damage your lawn. In fact, their tunnels actually help to aerate your soil naturally! If they are increasingly noticeable, it might be an indicator that you are mowing too short. A taller turf stand will naturally grow thicker and minimize the ant’s presence. Ants also prefer dryer soils, so be sure you have your watering practices dialed in for optimal lawn health.
