Step 1 |
This application will provide a balanced
fertilization which will promote early spring
green-up. Also applied is a pre-emergent
application for controlling crabgrass and other
problem annual grasses. |
|
Step 2 |
Concentrates on broad-leaf weeds such as
dandelions, hawkweed and clover. We will also
use a balanced fertilizer to increase the health
and vigor of the lawn. |
|
Step 3 |
Granular slow release fertilizers are used to
provide proper nutrition when moisture supplies
are unavailable. Broad-leaf weed control and
surface insect control is applied as needed. |
|
Step 4 |
Continuation of lawn and pest control
monitoring. We also apply a balanced fertilizer
to enhance plant development and growth, and to
maintain healthy color. |
|
Step 5 |
This fall fertilization helps root development,
which in turn creates new grass plants and a
thicker lawn. We can also control any remaining
weeds or other pests at this time. |
